Is these a flight from Ha Noi Vietnam to Clark Philipine?

Melanin,

There are no direct flights that I could find. Low cost passenger carriers use Clark, Cebu Pacific Air and Air Asia I know for sure, there could be others. If you really want to fly into Clark you could take Air Asia to Kuala Lumpur then to Clark or Air Asia to Bangkok then Cebu Pacific to Clark. Since you pay for each leg with these airlines it may be cheaper to take a direct flight on Vietnam Airlines to Manila and then take a bus up to Clark. Hope that helps.
