Hi,

I'm travelling to Nepal this coming May, so I'm in the midst of searching for reliable (and hopefully budget) operators. Hope to get some advice please!

Canyoning/rafting
Have gotten the rates from Last Resort and Borderlands (roughly 130USD for 2 day programme, including accomodation). Just want to find out are there any other reputable operators?? And is this price too steep?

Anyone heard of or tried Chhango canyoning company?

Trekking
Thinking of getting 3sisters because we're two ladies and they offer lady guides. Anyone tried them before?? For Poon Hill (5 days trek), they quote us roughly USD330. Reasonable?

Chitwan
Anyone has any good budget hotel in sauraha to reccomend? Looking at riverside, sapanavillage, tiger residency. But kind of wary with these resorts' elephant safari packages because apparently they bring you to a community forest OUTSIDE the park...anyone tried the government elephant rides?

Any ideas? tks!
