This one is always bashed to death, but just a brief update as the dry season really kicks in.

The hospitals here are having a rise in Malaria cases and now advise travellers they should be taking anti-malarials of some kind when in Cambodia. The border along Thailand has reported more cases but this is due to the fact the mossies are drug-resistant.

Stick with some deet and grab some tablets before you land.
