Hey any thoughts on this..

Am flying into Ottawa mid May and intend on travelling around the main stops around there, Toronto, Montreal, Quebec City, Niagra Falls.. We are getting the Via Rail Canrail pass and so want to utilise it as much as possible - any recommendations for stops around that way?? (on the train line of course!) - Has anyone done the trip from Toronto to Vancouver on the train? We have only twoish weeks in total to get the lot done so was thinking of travelling back over about 6 days and spending some nights on the train.. (ugh) best places to stop on the way back??

Im living in Vancouver at the moment so dont have to worry too much about this side of the country, Banff, Jasper included so am more keen on what should be checked out in the middle!
