I'm traveling to Kamata, Ota-ku, Tokyo and was wondering if getting on the Narita Express to Shinagawa with luggage is easy and easy to get around. We then have to get to the Kamata station. I've been to Tokyo a few months ago, so know my way around a bit, but not much. Last time we took the limousine bus to the Haneda airport and then a taxi to Kamata. I'm trying to find a more cost effective way of getting there. Thanks.

I've always traveled to/from Tokyo with the Narita Express. It's a very relaxed train with big seats and enough space for your luggage.

So yes, I'd recommend taking the NEX to Shinagawa (make sure to get the SUICA+NEX package which enables you to travel with the Narita Express and gets you a SUICA card with 1500yen on it!) From Shinagawa, take the Keihin-Tohoku Negishi line which will take you to Kamata station in 10 minutes. (because you got the SUICA Card, expenses for the entire trip will be 3500 yen.)
