Unfortunately there are no specifically vegetarian restaurants in Antalya nor any Indian ones. I understand there are one or two Chinese Restaurants, though.
However, in Antalya like most other parts of Turkey, there is such a huge selection of vegetarian options. The word 'Vegetarian' will often be understood but if you need to be more specific, the phrase Hic et yemem (HEECH eht yeh-MEHM), "I eat no meat at all" is useful.
We have never found it difficult finding appropriate vegetarian dishes anywhere in the country reputedly they have about 40 ways of preparing aubergine, for example, including İmam Bayıldı, which roughly translates as the priest fainted, presumably with delight at the taste!
Stuffed grapevine leaves, stuffed tomatoes and mushrooms, vegetarian Guveç (casserole), dishes prepared with lentils, beans, chick peas, spinach, leeks, green beans with walnuts are also particular favourites of ours and jacket potatoes (Kumpir) with a selection of toppings are become a popular snack or lunchtime favourite in the cities and tourist areas. Pide (Turkish Pizza) and traditional pizzas are readily available, too. Meze (small dishes of appetisers) which we often make a meal of by ordering a mixed meze plate. If you eat cheese there are many other choices including, for example, Börek, cigar-shaped filo wraps filled with feta cheese and deep fried.
Afiyet Olsun! (Enjoy your meal)
