Newbie Group: Members Posts: 3 Joined: 1-March 08 Member No.: 149225 Nominate me as a Local Expert	hi, ive got the people, got the plan's of where we wanna go and got the around about date were leaving but does anyone know any good guides to get us around europe??? 20 years ago my mum was using europe on 20 dollers a day, now theres europe on a shoestring. does anyone know anything better to get around europe cheep????? thanks shell

Shelly, I would recommend looking at the local library for the newest travel guides. When I went to the Netherlands, I used a book by Rick Steves which was pretty good, and also the "Irreverent Guide to Amsterdam" which was not that good. I'm also partial to Fodor's guides, and sometimes Lonely Planet, your best bet would be to check them all out for yourself, I think. -------------------- My most recent blog: A trip to Toronto that turned into a trip to Niagara
