My suggestion....I have lived in Santiago, in Lima, in Cochabamba, in Costa Rica and in Panama. I would NEVER bother to learn spanish from a Chilean. They speak the absolute worst Spanish in the world, and they are the first to admit it. Proudly at that. In fact, they call their dialect Castellano, because they know it isn't proper Spanish.
In their defense, before the age of air travel they were very isolated. The worst desert in the world to the north, some serious montains to the east, and nothing but the Pacific to the west, so they developed their own speech patterns, words, what have you.
