I want to go see the Ceremony of the Keys at the Tower of London when I am visiting. I have all the information about how to request them and know I need to get International Relay Coupons.

I am wondering if anyone knows if you can send the initial envelope (the one containing the request and SASE) with regular US postage? Do I need special postage to send it there?

Any help is appreciated.

If you go to the post office, they can tell you how much it will cost and they will send it out. I know international post cards are $0.92 so expect it to be more than that.
