Hey I'm flying into dakar this May and id like to see a little bit more than just dakar, we were thinking about going up to marrakesh, however we dont know which would be the easiest, relatively safe, and most affordable way to get there? any tips or maybe links that would help? We think it would be really cool to take a boat but i find it impossible to find any information about transport by boat on the internet.

also any links for trains and buses that go to marrakesh, mali, burkina faso, and the gambia would be a great help to.

I dont know much about senegal or africa in general, my friend and i just kind of decided a couple days ago that we'd go there, so if youve been and you have any suggestions or maybe a blog on here or somewhere else about it, id love to know what you think are places we cant miss.
