Manjimup Western Australia
If you’re interested in the development of the timber industry in WA - or you just like wood - then the lovely town of Manjimup, in the south of WA about 309km from Perth and 130km south-east of Bunbury, should be included on your itinerary. Timber archways on the main road in and out of town proclaim Manjimup as the gateway to Tall Timber Country in deference to the majestic jarrah and karri trees which grace the surrounding forests and have provided the town with much of its livelihood for decades. Otherwise, this is a big apple growing area, with other fruit crops and dairying prominent on the economic scale. Manjimup has WA’s only timber industry museum and an extensive and attractive Timber Park, which is just perfect for walks and picnics.

Jacques. I was fascinated by Ste-Cecile-de-Masham, such an unusual name. I'm afraid she is a fake. I accessed the Catholic Saint Index online, and unless we have the wrong spelling, she didn't appear. On the other hand, I was extremely surprised to find out how many saints there are. They would easily fill a football stadium, and more. http://www.catholic.org/saints/stindex.php?lst=C
Anyway: Elfers, Florida The area was known as the Baillie settlement until the Elfers post office was established on Dec. 14, 1909. Railroad service came to Elfers for the shipment of citrus in 1913. Elfers was incorporated from 1925 to 1933.

Stockinbingal (New South Wales,Australia)
About 21km north-west of Cootamundra in south-western NSW, Stockinbingal is at the centre of an intensive wheat-growing area and towering silos are a feature of the little town.
But it’s wattle - to be precise, the lovely Cootamundra wattle - that provides the colour around here, especially when it blossoms during July and August in Wattle Valley, part of the Jindalee State Forest where huge ironbark trees are another attraction.
Stockinbingal lies 35km east of the goldrush town of Temora, where more than five tonnes of alluvial gold were taken between the early 1880s and 1920, and 21km north west of the traditional home of the regional wattle.

Lake Cargelligo (Australia)
A small western NSW town, Lake Cargelligo sits on the shores of a lake of the same name on the otherwise featureless plains about 115km west of Condobolin.
The lake, which provides water for surrounding farmers, is not only a popular fishing, water-skiing, sailing and swimming spot, but it is also an important bird sanctuary.

Atlantic Beach, Florida
The City of Atlantic Beach is a small seaside community in northeast Florida near Jacksonville and is surrounded by a pristine beach to the east, the maritime woods of Hanna Park to the north, and the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway to the west.
Some of the towns have such mouthfuls of names, such as Sainte-Cecile de Masham and Stockinbingal. How ever to you explain to someone you live in Stockinbingal. I wonder how it is pronounced. There must be a unique Aussie way.

Daly Waters (Northern Territory, Australia)
Daly Waters can be found about 270 kms south of Katherine, close to the junction of the Carpentaria and the Stuart Highway. The most popular attraction in the town is the Daly Waters Pub, which is full of typical outback Australia memorabilia and humorous nicknacks.
