Voyager Group: Local Expert Posts: 65 Joined: 2-June 08 Member No.: 192295	Just to let everyone know the next few Poya dates in Sri Lanka. Poya Days are once a month (Full Moon) and mean that alcohol is not served/sold and consumption is restricted to non public areas, eg your room. I am sure many people will comment on ways around this day, but it is a part of the Sri Lanka Culture and should be observed on - 29 January, 28 February, 29 March, 27 April

Wanderer Group: Members Posts: 10 Joined: 7-June 11 Member No.: 2013381 Nominate me as a Local Expert	Every Poya day(fullmoon day) bar are closed in all around Sri Lanka. But you can buy and keep Previous day like locals do.
