I have 3 things to say about the video...
1. For someone so skinny, he ate a LOT in 18 minutes!
2. If you are only in Rio a couple of days, and the first day you get there, there is clear skies - go and do the Christ the Redeemer statue and view then, otherwise you can guarantee what happened to him will happen to you! Rio weather shifts fast!
3. He wouldn't have been brandishing his fancy camera about the way he did, if he didn't have a film crew with him - be careful with your valuables!

I smiled with the first remark.....in 18 minutes he ate a LOT.
Don't forget that nearly all these people who take these videos go to places for free. Probably he just tasted what he was given. He would not care less if it was free just to taste a bit of everything.
The two other comments are understandable. Who wouldn't go up the hill if it was a clear day first! And the third one.....yes I know what you mean.
It is safer when you are filming and you are with a banch of other people around you.
I believe it is not safe at all like everywhere else in the world exposing your camera, wallet, or anything. I remember when last year we were to visit Palermo, or Italy, Turkey, and one or two others the advice I got through tripAdvisor.
However, anywhere we go we should be careful.
It is so pity that Athens has to be included in the above list as well!
