If the Maldives is your chosen destination for your honeymoon, its often hard to decide which of the islands to visit. Having lived in the Maldives for 3 years, if you would like information or advice about the islands, which one to choose, then do feel free to contact me.

Things to consider -

Room type - many of the islands offer an array of different room types, - which one is best for you, what facilities do the upgraded rooms have, will you really make use of them?

Meal Plans - many of the islands offer all inclusive, - understand what is included in the all inclusive package, as it may be different to other all inclusive packages you have experienced in the past. Some islands offer 'gold' or 'ultra' all inclusive. Again, understand what the additional benefits are against how much you are paying for the upgraded package, will you really benefit from it?

Weather - when is the best time to go, and what weather should be expected in low season.

Check out www.sevenholidays.com It has a great guide to each of the resorts on the maldives. It will either be your best or worst holiday. depends on which resort you go to

There are so many websites available to find out about the Maldives, and in fact any destination. Would also suggest looking at the Maldivian Tourism Board website for information - www.visitmaldives.com for information and advice.
