Hi Paul, Thanks for your comment. I just want to tell you something. Firstly, I'm not their fan, I only like their movies, specially the film named "Mr & Mrs Smith". Secondly, they came to Vietnam twice in 1996 & 1997, and at that time, Vietnamese Government didn't promulgate that law yet. Therefore, I thought they weren't illegal. However, if they were wearing helmets, that was good for themselves. Finally, although this law is being applied in Vietnam now, many people still have no consciousness there. And I think it's a main reason that causes traffic-jams, injuries, deaths...and all is still going on... Cheers. -------------------- Love sightseeing & foods in Seoul.
