C. Bus or Airline Trips from Kiev (or anywhere in Ukraine) to any

Bulgaria;
Romania;

2. Also, any Bus or Airline round trips under $200 TO Shengen
countries from Minsk, or Moscow.

3. I am very flexible as far as the date of travel goes, and the town/s visited. I want to visit any large city that has significant jewelery sale and purchase commerce. So, please advise me accordingly. If you can tell me price permutations for the trip from either Minsk, Moscow or Kiev, it would enable me to make a decision of which will be more cost effective to me.
4. Do you assist in the procurement of Visas, especially Shengen visas?
