No one I know is interested in visiting this island that so fascinates me, so I am here to seek travel mates, and also some travel advice. Any takers out there?

Surprised and sorry no one has responded to your posting. I visited Cuba for about ten days in Feb 2002. Loved it, the people, the music, the country and am thinking of visiting again in the next month or so. But as I must travel with a USA passport please don't tell USA INS [Immigration & Naturaliation Service] I left and returned from Guatamala. [Also worth a visit.
