Hi all,
Iám staying now in Taksim area as it is more active but I still need to now how to get there from Sabiha Airport.
Arriving after mid-night aroung 1230am after few days and need a help in transport from the airport to Taksim.
This is my first visit and need detailed explanation on transport from the airport to Taksim and from Taksim to the airport.

Hello salahatc. Please see the replies (including mine) in response to your earlier post "Sabiha Airport - Istanbul travel question" when you said you were planning to stay at Port Titanic Hotel.

The resplies you received are still relevant now you are staying in Taksim.

Hello salahatc. Please see the replies (including mine) in response to your earlier post "Sabiha Airport - Istanbul travel question" when you said you were planning to stay at Port Titanic Hotel.

The resplies you received are still relevant now you are staying in Taksim.

When you arrive at Sabiha Gokcen Airport on the Asian side of Istanbul you will be routed to the baggage pick up area... from there grab your bag and head out the double doors, turn to your left and then right, look straight ahead and you will see the signs for the havas... go outside cross the street and look to the right and find and/or ask for the havas (pronounced hhaavash with a soft a) bus for taksim... it is about 12 TL and is a nice 30 minute ride at your arrival time... can be about 1 hour in traffic... It will drop you off near taksim square and late night eateries... talk to your hotel staff about where to pick it up... it is in a different place than where you are dropped off... Have a great time... Istanbul is awesome...

I think the problem is salahatc's arrival time. The flight is due to land just after midnight at 12.30 a.m.

I don't think at that time the Havaş bus would be operating.
