Unregistered	Replying to my own question -- If you're near the Byward Market area, there's a Second Cup on the corner of Dalhousie and Rideau that offers 2 hours of free wifi. There's also a Starbucks in the Rideu Centre which I believe offers 2 hours of free wifi. Lastly there's a Bridgehead just on the northern edge of the market area, on Dalhousie at Guigues (block past St. Patrick) which has free wifi.
