I'm off to America and Canada for two months on 25th September. I am completely unprepared and am still deciding my itinerary - it will all work out soon.

I have just booked yet another holiday, taking advantage of the 3 day Eid public holiday. I am off to Morocco beginning of December for 9 days then I will be at work for 7 days before heading to Jordan and Syria (over new year).....

I am more excited about Morocco at the moment than Jordan and Syria.

I am going to Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Fes, Moulay Idriss, Chefchoueon and Marrakesh...can't make it to the Atlas mountains this time round, only going for a few days.

Louise, thanks for the tip, I will contact gyl.

I am really excited about Morocco (more than Jordan/Syria) at this point....maybe because I have wanted to go there longer than J & S...

Probably Germany again. Whatever is cheap on Ryanair to be honest. Just gotta keep an eye out for good fares.

Be sure to visit the DMZ. Although it is sad for barbed wire to divide the country, it is absolutely gorgeous there. Beautiful!!

Woo, have fun in London and Malta, that should be awesome.
What is there to do in Malta? I've heard about a very interesting nature reserve there. They only let in something like 100 people a year or something???

Oh! Have fun in London. smile.gif And in Malta later. That sounds cool. You'll have to tell us all about Malta; I'm very curious about it--I know nothing about it.

As I said in my other post...I'm off to Barcelona, Spain for a week, then we'll rent a car and drive through Andorra on our way to Carcassone, France where we will be for nearly a week to explore that area. We leave this Sunday.

Our only other trip planned after that won't be until next April...

There are loads of historical sites to see in Malta, its a really small island, but there are various temples, catacombs, mosaics that sort of thing, then there is Mdina, the old capital, a medieval town, with lots of narrow twisty streets and stuff that I'm really interested to see. I'm looking forward to it.

There is one temple that only lets 80 people in per day, I haven't heard of the nature reserve though - do you know any more about it?
