I've always wanted to see Istanbul...something about the hybrid between east and west really appeals to me.

That being said, I'm pretty content where I am. I want to wake up in my bed tomorrow. I love to travel, but I love to come home too!

yes, i'd agree with this! the comfort of one's own bed - wouldn't exchange it for the world

but hey, just for the fun of the question: I'd visit my sister in florida whom i was talking on the phone moments ago. it would definitely surprise her see me there. hyper.gif

Ok barsie, tell us where exactly is that $8 beach hut ... hyper.gif I might also want to wake up out there!

Huckabmm I can understand how you feel. This happens when you are away from home most of the time. I used to feel that too when I was working long ours away from home. Luckily I spend much time at home now, and because I work after 1.30pm, I can wake up any time I feel like it. However I am a person who has so much to do, and very busy that I like getting up early instead!

Paula, I was up in the mountains as you already know and it was raining outside and the smell of the forest and the earth was something that I cannot forget. It was breathing ogygen all the time up there. Enjoyed every moment of that trip to Cyprus.
(Hope you read my entries.....they will remind you of the trip you had in the island too)

It is cold here, so I'd like to wake up on a beach. Probably somewhere in the South Pacific. Maybe Fiji.. or the island of Yap.

That sounds great Popi, I just love that earthy fresh smell that comes with rain, its one of my favourite smells.

Glad you had a good time.

There are so many places I'd like to wake up in tomorrow I guess the biggest factor is somewhere that makes me feel like home and it's people that do that. So I would love to wake up in a place with all the people that I have wonderful memories with.

Hi,
I liked the Heaven thing! angel1.gif party.gif

Right now I think I would want to wake up on a turquoise lovely beach on the island of the Seychelles! drinks_wine.gif I would hold a crystal glass of fine wine, beach.gif and be sitting outside my little cottage, watching the beautiful scenery, and dive in the water every now and then to cool up. yes.gif

I would love to wake up in Beijing's Forbidden City. For some reason I have always dreamed of spending the night there since I was kid. I don't know why, I just always have.
