Which are the popular budgetary family restaurants chain in Angola serving only vegetarian continental dishes and spreading the message of vegetarianism.

I don't know... I only see three restaurants listed in TripAdvisor from Angola:

The atmosphere at the Inn is great. We loved the view of the lake and the large sun deck. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and the game room, the beautiful courtyard and landscaping. It's very family friendly. The boat rentals are conveniently located behind the inn, and there is a nice beach there for swimming. Breakfast was very good, and we enjoyed the different picnic areas, trails, and playgrounds in the park.

My only suggestion would be to request a top floor room away from entrances with possibly a lake view. We slept in the Hoosier wing in a courtyard view room. It was noisy well past the "quiet hours," (there was a group of teens there for a retreat) and the light from the courtyard made it seem daylight even at midnight with the curtains drawn. So if you like a dark, quiet room, ask the front desk for suggestions when you book your stay.
