COW URINE?!

Being vegetarian, most of the things on that list make me feel slightly queasy, but cow urine is something else!

Yeah pretty intense but I guess worth it. Fugu is definitely worth a try and thankfully the fellow that prepared it for me must have done the 7 year course! However, it wasn't until I left the restaurant that I realized I had been the only customer for the night and wondered if that meant something. Hmmmm........ rip_1.gif

Ate guinea pig in Peru...it was absolutely delicious. You just have to get over the fact that it is a cute furry pet, and in reality tastes a lot like moist dark chicken meat.

As for "Weird foods of the world," I think it is important to note that these foods are considered weird and strange by us and our culture. In those cultures, it is considered not only natural but a delicacy to eat some of these foods. We must not let our biases and culture label things as weird or strange. People from other countries may come to the USA, and think eating McDonald's is strange...I know I sure think it's strange.

I have eaten a couple of things on this list!
Tarantulas
Snake Wine (mentioned in Seagull wine)
Durian

all not bad, and I'd eat them again.

I liked Durian as well.
There's a few things I haven't tried yet that I'd go for on that list. Doesn't bother me too much.

Not really that weird to me. I've seen Andrew Zimmern eat all those things & Anthony Bourdain eat some of them. Even Samantha Brown tried guinea pig.
