Yes, once in Koh Samui.

Have you ever been given an air ticket as a gift?

Why actually yes...I got 2 free business class tickets to use on Continental to go anywhere in the world from my company....check out the trip and story starting here http://www.travelpod.com/travel-blog-entri...73409/tpod.html.

Have you ever given someone a gift on a flight? Free drinks, trinket, jewelry, anything?

Quote from my friend Chuck, who spent 5 months riding his bicycle all the way around the USA - "Nobody says you have to order an entree in the restaurant of life, you'll only be here once! Order the sampler, try as many as you can before you're full; odds are one (of) the items on this menu does more for you than you ever thought. And if I'm wrong, tell the waiter that his menu sucks, throw the cook aside and invent your own masterpiece. Just pour 'em all in, all your favorite ingredients. With enough imagination, any combination will work -- there are no recipes for the paths still awaiting discovery."

Yes. I always make a habit of buying something at the gift shop and giving it to an unsuspecting passenger.

Ever forgotten which language you were speaking in?

Yeah...I started speaking Spanish to the girls at the ticket counter in Brazil accidentally... OOPS!

Have you ever gone to the airport without a ticket already reserved, and then shopped for somewhere to go based on what the departures boards say?

I don't remember ever doing that. I have bought stuff from a picture and been dissapointed but that's about it!

Have you ever paid for an flight or hotel etc... then had to cancel and ended up losing your money because it was non refundable...so you lost out not only on the trip but on the money too? ranting2.gif

Yep...though luckily it was a business trip so it wasn't my money that was lost.

Have you ever taped someone to a light pole?

Yep...I get picked up to go the airport in one sometimes (company springs for it). It seems like a waste though, cuz its usually just me back there...in an 8 person stretch limo all to myself. I prefer to ride in the Town Car that they normally pick me up in.

Have you ever driven a limo?

What kinda truck are we talking here? 18-wheeler or pickup or tractor? If so, yes to all of the above.

Ever drank water from a river? (word of advice: don't do it...I learned)
