Memorable Gift from a Stranger During Your Travels

Tripper Group: Local Expert Posts: 1919 Joined: 31-May 06 Member No.: 893	Have you ever received a memorable gift from a stranger during your travels? It does not have to be something of real value but was significant in some way. My gift was a postcard size picture I received from a tea shop owner in Tehran. The card has the picture of Takhti, a famous Iranian wrestler supposedly murdered by the former Shah. This gift is memorable to me because the owner, who looked a bit intimidating, was so very kind and friendly. What was your gift?
