Hi,

I am looking to do a tour in Namibia of about 14 days to see the main sights e.g. Etosha, Fish River Canyon, Luderitz, Naimb-Naukluf NP, Sossusvlei to name a few. I am looking for one that either starts and ends in Windhoek or starts in Cape Town and ends in Windhoek.

Does anyone have any recommendations for tour companies?

You could also try the green "Tours" button at the top of this screen, sometimes it comes up with some good stuff.

I can recommend Intrepid Travel but I'm not sure they include Windhoek in their itinery anymore.
I've literally just gotten back from my overland trip with them which included Namibia so I've included my blog for you to have a look at if you want too.

GAP Advenutres has at least one tour that goes from Cape Town to Windhoek, and I know you can also do it in reverse:

Cape and Dunes Experience

I haven't done this tour in particular but I have never heard a bad thing about GAP. You can read the dossier at the link provided.

I have done a tour with Nomad Africa Adventure Tours www.nomadtours.co.za

Had such a great time! They have a tour from Cape Town to Windhoek or you can even go on to Botswana and Vic Falls. Most tours are Camping, but you can also do the accommodated version.

What was the make-up of the tour group? Older people, younger?
