What beaches do people recommend are good in Wales.
Ive been to porth crawl surfing before which is a really nice beach a few miles from the main part however the main part is a bit rubbish and run down.

I take it that you are looking for Surf beaches ???
There are very few of these in Wales as they are blocked off by Ireland so tides tend to cause side ways runs but you do get some beaches like Black Rock Sands where at low tide you can drive along it 10 cars abreast as it is so wide and FLAT plus there are lots of coves with small beaches especially to the North there is an interesting tidal run between Anglesey and the Mainland
For me it makes fishing quite interesting with the tidal rip going from right to left some days then left to right the others but then you do get Salmon and Steelhead
