Getting to Edmonton Canada for a Wedding, I've been invited to a wedding in Edmonton - how do I get there

Newbie Group: Members Posts: 5 Joined: 6-November 06 Member No.: 25356 Nominate me as a Local Expert	Hi there I've been invited to a wedding in September in Edmonton but not Edmonton London as I'd originally thought, Edmonton Canada. I'd really like to go but flights from London to Edmonton in Sept look like they are about £550 which is too much for porr ol me to afford. Have any of you avid travellers got any ideas or experience of travelling to that neck of the woods? Any advice would be greatly apreciated Thanks so much H+

Thats right now tho. Could perhaps be the time of year? Could you book it through Canada maybe? What airline did you check?
