Have you ever thought you were dying? Or seriously thought you were near the end of your life?

How did it change you?

I came very close to dying in Koh Tao, Thailand on a snorkelling trip. I swam down underwater to get a closer look then on the way up I realised I was about 3 metres away from getting my head sliced off by a longtail boats propeller! Cue frantic swimming further underwater with no breath until it had sailed past. It's unbelievable that they can allow the boats to go through an area where it is obvious there are snorkellers/divers.

How did it change me? I didn't go snorkelling for the rest of the day and got drunk instead!

My mate got Dengue Fever in Cambodia and ended up going from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh to Bangkok to England! He was really sick.
