Ko Lanta to Krabi to Phuket ?, Journey advice!

I'm making my second trip to thailand, but only for 10 days over christmas. Railay is high on my agenda as i still have many friends there. BUT, i also intend on making it to Ko Lanta for a day or two, and up to Phuket if poss to catch a flight back to bkk. Can anyone advise on travel times in either longtail/landtaxi from krabi to Ko Lanta, and Lanta to Phuket? Thankyou very much.......

From Lanta to Phuket it's about 3 hours by ferry. From Krabi to Lanta by car/bus is about 2 hours as well. Not sure about Phuket by car....... You mentioned longtail, so I'm not sure my ferry info is what you are looking at, but the ferry leaves Krabi to Lanta many times/day. I've spent alot of time on Lanta. You'll have a blast!
