Oh lordy!! A LOT!! I won't stay in a job if I become unhappy with it, so often I leave and go temping - which means different jobs every few weeks - literally hundreds of jobs I would say I've had. If I were to count each period of temping as one job, then it probably comes to somewhere around 15 (ish). I'm not good at interviews, so I just tend to get offered jobs where I go temping and stay for a while if I like it - actually I went temping where I currently work and I've ended up being there five years, which is quite a record for me!!

Probably some sort of smoothie - I think the Innocent Pineapple, Banana, and Coconut smoothie wins.

I'm going to take that as 'hair do' (or 'hair don't!' in my case!!)

My first and only 'perm' aged 13. My hair is so poker straight, the first attempt fell out within 24 hours and I had to go back and sit through it all again. They made damn sure it stayed in this time, and I LOVED it! After a few weeks, the roots started showing, and as they were straight, I resembled a poodle more on more, week on week...! I had to wait until there was enough root to get it cut, and spent a few months ironing it out (no straighteners then!) on the ironing board to pass myself off as human!

What item in your wardrobe would truly shock the 'fashion police'?

I've eaten a number of things that I didn't know what they were!!!

From things that I've known what they were, nothing particularly strange really -- a few things that people have said eewww to were camel and rabbit, but they are not that strange really.

How many different places have you lived?

I've lived in two different countries and about six or seven towns.

To be honest, I like living in one place for a long time, it makes me feel good to know people.

Do you think the world's economy is on the road to recovery or on the brink of collapse?

Slinky's are great fun. You could always make stairs out of books like they used to show in the commercials in the '70's.

My Mother sent a package to my daughter. In it were all of the books that she used to read to me when I was a child. Coming from a family of farmers, everything got handed down to someone else. She called every relative and half of the people in my hometown to track down the books. They are treasures to me. One of the biggest joys in my life is reading her stories every night from the same books my Mother used to read to me from.

Good point, re the slinky....gotta do something with it...!

That is such a lovely present your mum gave your daughter - and such effort too smile.gif

Do you have a question to ask the next person?
