I am looking for a place in Shangri-La for organizing a trip (transport only) for the following route (Jeep, 5 people max, or local minivan) :

ShangriLa-Daocheng-Yading-Daocheng-(Litang)

Since we will continue to Kangding, Emai, Leshan, Chengdu with public transport, we will not need the car after Litang (or maybe even after Daocheng). Therefore return to Lijiang will not be required.

I would prefer a flexible arrangement for minimum 10 days, with the option to extend our travel for another 2-3 days (to be paid extra on an agreed daily cost).

I will travel alone with my wife, arrangements for buget accommodationa and food will be made by ourselves.

Do you thing a LOCAL MINIVAN could be used for the trip, which would reduce our cost ?

In case you might have two more people, we could consider sharing the transport (on above terms).

I don't really understand this question.

What exactly are you looking for? To rent a car, or to buy a car? Or?

The road, particularly out of Zhongdian to Litang, is not suitable for a mini-van this time of year given the road construction, the state of the road, and the possibility of landslides and rockfalls with the amount of rain in recent times.
You will have to pay for the return journey of the driver.
No mini van driver would like to do that route.
You need a 4WD.
Try Jason at Raven bar in Shangrila old town, he runs Haiwei Trails.
Or Kevin at Turtle Mountain Gear just off the main street of the old town might be able to arrange.
