It's offical. Trip Advisor has surveyed the germiest tourist attractions and here is the list!

Blarney Stone in Blarney, Ireland

"Last year, about 400,000 people kissed the stone, says a spokesman for Blarney Castle & Gardens. To do so, the person must be hung upside down to kiss the rock."


Market Theater Gum Wall in Seattle, Washington

"There is a distinct fruity aroma that welcomes visitors when they pass the giant wall of gum housing millions of chewed pieces in Seattle. The gum -- pink, blue, yellow and green -- is piled several inches thick, spanning an area 15 feet high and 50 feet wide."

St. Mark's Square in Venice, Italy

Oscar Wilde's Tomb in Paris, France

Meeting different germs is all part of travel. If you have allowed your body to look after itself rather than coddling it with too much cleanliness, you probably won't be too affected by foreign germs. It seems to me that those people who worry too much about germs are those most likely to eventually be affected. They now even provide special wipes to clean the handles of the shopping carts in our supermarket. Is this an excessive precaution?
