Newbie Group: Members Posts: 4 Joined: 14-July 09 Member No.: 287211 Nominate me as a Local Expert	Hello, I fly into La Paz at 8pm on August 1. I would like to take a bus that evening to Uyuni. Does anybody know if there are buses that leave that late from La Paz or is 7 or 8 generally the latest that leave from the terminal? Is there maybe a website with their bus schedules available? Thanks!

This one leaves at 8:00 pm, and at 9:00 pm only on Wednesday and Sunday. http://www.kanootours.com/kanooweb/index.p...rt&Itemid=1 Keep in mind La Paz airport is at El Alto on the altiplano, and it takes about an hour to wind down the mountainside to the city centre. I would say that if your flight arrives at 8:00 pm, you won't be in central La Paz before 10:00 pm. La Paz is a fascinating town. Take a day and enjoy it. -------------------- .
