Nomad Group: Local Expert Posts: 146 Joined: 13-August 08 Member No.: 225327	In Soviet times it was very close to 100%, can not say what they have now. As far as I know, the situation in this country is not the worst compare to other former Soviet Republics. At least, we do not have them as labour emigrants in Russia.
