Hi - Will be traveling to Kahtmandu in November. Wanted to see how most travelers go to Bkatapur from Kathamandu. How far is it?

Are there Everest tourist flights from Bkatapur or Kathamdnu only?

Will be in Nepal for 4 days and figured I would do Kathmandu Valley including Bkatapur and Everest scenic flight. Is it routine for me to coordinate travel to Bkatapur and back to Kathamdu?

There is a bus that goes from Kathmandu to Bhaktapur:

Looks like it should be easy for you to get a bus there.

As for flights around Everest, I'm not sure, but it looks like MAYBE this guy did it:

Otherwise, I didn't see any blogs about anyone doing that from Bhaktapur.

Would you recomend us going to Bkatapur on our trip to Kathamandu? Would you fit it in on our 4 day venture? I have found great Everest flights from Kathamndu for $150 USD.

You have 4 days to spend in Nepal total? No I'd say, don't cram it in.

Bhaktapur is just 22 km far kathmandu .you have option you can take a private car from travel company or you can take a taxi. we have just mountain flight from kathmandu katkmanu and bhaktapur is close .

Good Advice and no Blah Blah taxi takes about 1 1/2 hours depending on traffic. You could stay overnight in Nagrakot and visit Bhaktapur on the way back
