Hi,

For the last two days, when I click "login with facebook" as I have done every day for the last month, it goes into some sort of cycle of refresh, looping. I can't get logged in..

Any suggestions?

Hi there,

Here are some things you can try:

If you have not already connected to Facebook, then when you select the Facebook option on the share page, a Facebook connect dialog will pop open.

If you are using Internet Explorer, this may be blocked by a popup blocker. Check the top of the page and there will be a notification.

If you are using another browser check and see if there is a Facebook dialog that opened when you clicked that check box.

If there is no Facebook popup, try connecting your TravelPod account to Facebook first.

If you are already connected, there may be a problem with Facebook where you are - try again later, or try another browser.

Let us know if you still can't get it working.
