It's funny (Well, not really funny that a person died) that back in the 60s, the Smothers Brothers sang about that.

Tom: I fell into a vat of chocolate.
I fell into a vat of chocolate.

Dick: What did you do when you fell into the chocolate?
both: La-dee-da-dum-la-dee-doo-dum-day.

Then they went into a long silly dialogue on this supposed incident, ending with:

Tom: I yelled 'Fire!' when I fell into the chocolate.
Dick: Why did you yell 'Fire!' when you fell into the chocolate?
Tom: I yelled 'Fire!' 'cause no one would come if I yelled 'Chocolate!'
both: La-dee-da-dum-la-dee-doo-dum-day.
