Hi Everyone,
I have been using Travelpod to blog since moving to Wellington, New Zealand with my family in Jan 08.
This is the first time I've come here for a bit of advice though. My parents are visiting this Christmas, so one of the things I thought I'd do withthem is take them on a bit of a wine trip in the Wairarapa.

Could anyone recommend accommodation that won't blow the budget but is comfortable enough for a couple of Grandparents in tow. i.e. looking for something a bit more luxurious than a DOC hut; a chalet or something like that.

Cheers

Andy

Oops! missed your reply, maybe I can set up an alert for replies in future?
Well my parents are here and we visited a great campsite before Christmas near Lake Ferry. It had pretty much everything you would want for a family break, or anyone just wanting to take it easy and use somewhere as a base for exploring the Wairarapa.

In fact my parents liked it so much they have just gone off again and take the kids for two days! Which will be like a holiday for me :-)

And yes, the vineyards are fantastic!
