Didn't like Anguilla

I thought that it was a shame that you had to rent a car to get around, no bicycle rentals in sight... Everything was too far to walk to. There was barely anything to do but go to the Pyrat rum factory, and some strange church... all uninspiring. The beach was very nice though (Shoal Bay) however, you can't spend THAT much time on the beach without getting bored. Did anyone actually enjoy Anguilla?
