Camping off season around Mt Elbert?

Newbie Group: Members Posts: 4 Joined: 9-August 10 Member No.: 1217961	Is it possible to camp at Mt Elbert before the camping grounds are open? If we leave the car at the parking lot and go camp for the night, will that be a problem? Thanks!
