My friend and I are looking to get from Antigua to Grenada without the chicken bus experience. I know there is Ticabus that takes basically two days from Guatemala City with an overnight in San Salvador. I have been told about minivans that might expidite the trip. But haven't found any companies or seen any prices. We just don't have any desire to spend time in Honduras or El Salvador but are afraid of the airline prices. Any advice from seasoned travelers of this route? Gracias, JDC
