Filopappou Hill is the best place in Athens to get a view of the Parthenon, meaning it boasts the best view in the City of Athens.
Climb Filopappou Hill located just 15 minutes walk from the gates of the Acropolis.
Entrance to the site is free and the climb isn’t that strenuous. There is also a good view of the rest of the city from the top also, only have in mind to wear comfortable shoes to make the walk up the hill more comfortable.
