If you happen to travel to Milan you will have the chance to buy a drink at any number of bars in this city and be entitled to help yourselves to plate upon plate of finger food left out all over the barsí counter space. Nachos, sausages and much much more are offered.
Known as Aperitivo time, the all-you-can-eat bonanza begins at around 6pm every evening.
Two top spots offering free food are Le Biciclette on Via Torti and Bar Breta on Via Breta.

Of course, remember to pay at the counter first wink.gif

The barman will then likely offer you the chance to start the aperitivo, which means all you can eat food by paying every single drink a little more of what it would normally cost. Just say "aperitivo" and the name of the drink you'd like to have (beer, a cocktail or a non-alcoholic drink), then feel free to serve yourself with the tiny dishes.

Keep in mind it's good manners not to fill up the dish with too many things at the same time (and of course eating everything you've taken). Also, you should order a second drink if you are visiting the finger food table too often.
