Hi everyone

I hope someone can give me some good advice with regards to travelling around Eastern Malaysia.
I have already planned and am making my way with a friend to the Perhentian Islands as there is a lot of information on this. I have 2.5 weeks holiday (23March-10April) and would like to make my way from Perhentian Islands to Redang, Lang Tengah, Gemia, Tenggol and Kapas..
I love to travel by boat and have travelled this way in The Philippines & Thailand so this would be my ideal way to travel and see this beautiful country.

Does anyone know if it is possible to travel this way by boat or would I have to go back to the mainland to travel out to the islands again?

Any recommendation, information on travel and these islands would be much appreciated to help me plan my trip.
