Newbie Group: Members Posts: 1 Joined: 26-October 11 Member No.: 2348543 Nominate me as a Local Expert	information on campervans is often misleading or missing. When they specify hot and cold water, does that mean you have to be hooked up to 240 v? If we camp outside rv sites do the vans have hot water for showers, TV, microwave etc?

Newbie Group: Members Posts: 3 Joined: 5-October 10 Member No.: 1373201 Nominate me as a Local Expert	Hi, When parking outside of a camp site you won't be able to use anything needing a 240v supply, the fridge runs of the house battery, 12v, and switches over to 240v automatically when plugged in. Hope this helps!
