Dear all,
Do you usually follow weather forecast? You know from October to December is time when nature is angry, especially for sea-border country. As a result of world climate change, it is undeniable that storm or thunderstorm is coming day by day, influencing importantly on people lives around that areas.
Unfortunately, I have already arranged a 3-day trip on Halong Bay Tours for my group, and few days ago, the payment is completed! How can I do now? Cancel and refund or continue to take trip???
How does it goes? Give me advice, please. Many thanks advance
