I just finished this article (which I found by accident)..

........is it really economical? do you think it will fail? (particularly in a country that uses more natural resources than most other countries). Your thoughts?

I think that it's great that someone is at least TRYING to do something good. Whether it works or not is inconsequential, the point is trying.
