What was this woman thinking? A Polar bear is a fluffy white killer!

A German woman has survived a polar bear attack at the Berlin Zoo. However, she jumped over a fence and a hedge to get into the enclosure saying she wanted to play with them... Apparently this is not the first time that someone has jumped into the enclosure (you would think the zoo would tighten security and access).

If you really look like your passport photo, you need the holiday!

"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." - Mark Twain

She was obviously not thinking at all and very lucky to be alive. When I was living in the Arctic, there was an Inuit guide mauled by a polar bear and lucky to have survived that attack.

To get an idea of how dangerous they are, you can check out that incident at this link (Polar Bear Attack) but be aware that some of the pictures MAY BE DISTURBING.

She was a idiot to begin with, jumping into any enclosure will only result in one thing and that is death and or injury.

So she should be charged, but then I guess that gross stupidity isn't a punishable crime...

And the fences should be made idiot proof.

If you make things idiot-proof, how are the idiots supposed to weed themselves out of the gene pool??

Currently traveling the world for work...with a few extra fiddleybits thrown in to keep it new...it's the cheapest way to go!!!

Quote from my friend Chuck, who spent 5 months riding his bicycle all the way around the USA - "Nobody says you have to order an entree in the restaurant of life, you'll only be here once! Order the sampler, try as many as you can before you're full; odds are one (of) the items on this menu does more for you than you ever thought. And if I'm wrong, tell the waiter that his menu sucks, throw the cook aside and invent your own masterpiece. Just pour 'em all in, all your favorite ingredients. With enough imagination, any combination will work -- there are no recipes for the paths still awaiting discovery."
