Was anyone ever able to help you with this? Is Mr. Tan Kim Suy from Hong Kong and over 100 years old? I might be able to find out, if that sounds like the same man. I just heard about a school that was funded by an elderly man from Hong Kong and have someone I can ask for the address. (if it is the right school, my calligraphy teacher did the inscription for the school title on the gate, so he'll be able to get me the address). Otherwise, I'm not sure what school it is!
